Effective and innovative therapy services for adults in NJ
Individual Therapy
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including—but not limited to—anxiety, depression, and major life transitions such as relationship changes, family struggles, adjusting to college, coping with illness, low self-esteem, or exploring new career paths. My approach is warm, supportive, and centered on helping you feel understood as you move through these meaningful moments of change.

First Responder Care
Providing specialized therapeutic support tailored to the unique stressors faced by first responders. With an understanding of the high-intensity environments, cumulative trauma, and demanding expectations of these roles, I can help process your experiences, build resilience, and develop strategies to maintain emotional well-being both on and off the job.
I provide compassionate treatment for clients experiencing disordered eating and negative body image. My approach will support you in understanding the emotional and behavioral patterns underlying your relationship with food and your body, while helping you build healthier coping skills, self-esteem, and a more empowered sense of self.
